World Atlas of Golf
Fully Revised and Updated, 2005
Originally published in 1976, the World Atlas of Golf was compiled by four of golf's most legendary authors: Pat Ward-Thomas, Herbert Warren Wind, Charles Price, and five times Open champion Peter Thomson. The World Atlas of Golf has since been revised and updated several times, most recently under the direction of Englishman Mark Rowlinson.
In the "fully revised and updated" 2005 edition, published by Hamlyn (UK), Jeff Mingay profiles Sand Hills and St. George's (Toronto), and contributes comparatively brief gazetteer entries on The Kingsley Club, Friar's Head, and Stanley Thompson's Highlands Links at Cape Breton, Nova Scotia.
